How long does top-up take?
Most orders are delivered within 3?? minutes after payment is confirmed. Some games or regions may take longer during peak hours or publisher maintenance.
What information do I need to provide?
Usually your game UID/server or the fields shown on the product page, plus a valid email and billing name/country for payment. For login top-up products, follow the on-page instructions carefully.
What if I entered the wrong UID?
Please contact support immediately with your order number. If the order has not yet been delivered, we may be able to help. Once credits are sent to another account, recovery may not be possible.
Which payment methods are supported?
Checkout is processed through our secure payment partner. Available methods depend on your region and the product configuration (for example MADA where enabled).
How can I track my order?

Can I get a refund?
